Ryan Quinn Mills was booked into the jail on 11/22/2024 9:34 PM by the Ingalls Police for the following charges:

Operating A Vehicle While Intoxicated- Endangerment
Possession Cocaine Or Narcotic Drug
Operating With Controlled Substance In Body
